How to Make My Titles Bold

It seems like other poster's titles are bold. (In the appraisal by peer section) How do they do that?

if u click on the title, the bold gets removed and when someone posts again, it becomes bold again. basically it tells u if u have aready seen that thread.
i know what u mean.

you should now see this thread BOLD before u clicked.
