how to make professional looking turnkey websites?

I've seen a lot of similar turnkey websites being sold on eBay, I know the sellers registered a domain name and developed those websites in minutes, and then sell them as a "developed" business. The websites are very professional looking and easy to operate too. They all have many pages, some of them even have shopping carts. Common ones include Domain registration website, travel website, dating website, traffic website. My question is, how can I build these turnkey websites without spending too much money? where can I find the templates?

99% of them don't make $hit. I used to build those sites and sell them on ebay as well but there is more money if you build custom sites.

that's so true bylak, I completely agree. I noticed nowadays more and more web sites that I visit are using those monster templates or whatever its called, it sickens me... What has the web become? (answer coming september 1st, 2003 :cheeky: )
