Ok, a little more cheaper. Go to that site, make yourself a free account by clicking on that my account link.

Look for the text that says, "If you've never been here before and
would like to set up an account, click here."

Put whatever plan you want to get in the shopping cart. Call in, have them look up the new account by the email address. Have them apply one of the coupon codes like the saveten or paypal10 to get ten percent off. Then have them checkout for you.

So now the basic reseller one would be 81 now.
