Hypothetical idea..

Ok, so I have this site that gets roughly 600 hits a day, over a 100 uv a day. Its a pr 3 and its political related. It makes income but nothing to write home about

Estibot values it to be 4,000 should I sell it w/ traffic..

It's been around 7 months


What should I expect?

up to you, but do not let estibot give you false hope about the value of the name. most buyers will not use estibot to arrive at a valuation.

What do people use as a valuation tool? I haven't given estibot the holy grail yet.

sometimes a multiple of earnings, most of the time recent sales of like domains. dnjournal.com and namebio and others post sales reports you can use to compare your name to. also, you can pr3 names selling for consistent prices on the forums. at the end of the day, names are worth what you can sell them for of course and there is no hard and fast rule.

I looked at dnjournal and I am not seeing where I can compare my domain to others.
