Im a little confused...

Do you mean you own "www.Example.com", and someone else owns "www.wwwExample.com".?

Yes. This is perhaps one of the easiest types of infringement available on the Internet. There are so many UDRP and court decisions based on this exact pattern, there isn't even a question.

Are you an authorized reseller of their products? Have they given permission to use their domain? Do they have a registered trademark or is it a generic term?

Between owning the wwwexample.com and selling example.com's products, chances are you would be infringing unless they said you could do it.

Your only chance of winning is if the part after the "www" is a completely generic word, with no trademark rights.

Unless the owners of example.com aren't worried, or approve of the use.

Not every company out there is run by anally-retentive attorneys.
