6) get some stats off urltrends.com too. That helps.

I would flip that..

imo:

1)quality of the name
2)ovt w/ext
3)SERPs - indexed - linkpop - PR
4)domain age

2 and 3 could be reversed..case by case basis or just personal preference of what's more important to you.
