its amazing...
this is the 2nd time i see this site. i saw it last year and today again.
I inquired about an 'ok' name last year to its owner, and he replied with an 'I'll do you a favor and take 10% off' and had a link with an appraisal from that site for something like $200,000
that name wouldnt sell here for more than $50

you need to copy the link at the bottom where it says u can view it for 30 days

that domain may actually be worth at least the $XXX,XXX appraisal it gave.
