I am very disappointed at the phone support.

Sedo,

I must say that having a phone # that no one answers is pretty useless. I have left numerous messages @ 1 - (877) 349-5902.

Why do you have a support # that goes directly to a recording? I don't think that accomplishes anything but only adds to any communication barrier.

I am trying to make sure a sale in progress goes smoothly by passing on Transfer instructions to the Sedo rep handling the sale.

I've go no response from the Sedo rep in 3 days and no call back from talking to your recording for 2 days.

Is there any better way to communicate with you guys?

Thanks

I don't know if this post helped or not but my Sedo rep has been in contact with me this morning.

I still think if Sedo is going to give out that 1-877# that someone should at least answer it.

I am not bitter as Sedo has always been good to me. I am just making this suggestion.
