For Sale I can not believe it

I was watching a domain which belong to a company. The name expires and I e-mail them saying that I am interested in the domain.
They say they will renew.
A few weeks later I see that the name is still expired, so I send them another e-mail saying that it soon will go to Redemption Period and the renewal fee will be much higher.
They do nothing and now it's in R.Period. :cry:
And I had a snap on it before...but not anymore :depressed
