I can not login in my MONIKER account today afternoon, and i can confirm my password is correct.
Moniker website show "To receive your login information via email, fill out the form below.We will then send your password to the email address on record for your account."
But when i put my acccount name and then get "To receive your login information please call our support helpline at 1-800-688-6311 or 1-954-984-0923 outside the U.S."
I am chinese and i can not call moniker by phone with my poor english, so i don't know how to do now!
Who can help me and give me some suggestion.
Another, if i got a pushed domain name in my moniker account wthin 30 days, can i transfer the domain name to Godaddy, or must waiting 90 days late.
