Hi,
I got a $100 offer for my domain outofcredit.com

I listed it on SEDO. I didn't use the "promote domain" feature.
Should I let it go at that price, or should I pay for "promote domain" to get my domain listed at the top of the category and wait for more offers?

I only got one offer for the domain name. What if I lose it for asking for more?

That's the choice you have to make:cheeky:
Do you must have $100 right now?
Or, can you do without?

If it's me, I'd counter with $500

There are ways to ask for more without losing the offer. First you make a reasonable counter-offer (Maybe $400?). If the buyer doesn't come back at a price you like, you tell they buyer you will have to try to get more before you can settle for that offer. Let the buyer know you already have an unofficial offer for $150.

I'm the buyer folks.

I already paid this domain name in sedo, but still not getting any feedback from the seller. It's been two weeks already. Can we trust you?

Let us know.

If he's willing to destroy his/her credibility because of one sale, not a smart move.

Yikes, I've just seen first posts in the thread, and I just realized I was the one who started by offering him $150.00 !!
I'm sorry if this spoiled the $100.00 sale.

No worries, that acceptable advice.

I got a reply today from the seller, it's good for now.

I'll keep you posted.

Since this is an appraisal thread I must say that IMO it's not that good of a domain name. It seems the main reason it has more than 400,000 returns in G is because it's part of a longer sentence "...Way Out of Credit Card Debt" and similar sentences.

By itself it appears to be an obscure term which is likely rarely if ever typed-in.
