Typically you’d get your domain into an auction and they’d sell it for you and then you’d transfer it before you’re paid. But other than namejet the web.com website, that’s the easiest to get your name listed. If it sells you pay a fee and they take it out of your account.

Oh, some of them have websites and porn included. If you’re wanting to buy some of them start by looking if any of them dropped already, then evaluate if you want to try them. Reg fee is a lot cheaper than an auction

I was noting it because there’s an adult section here for such domains. I clicked a few and was greeted with porn.

Most likely has something to do with your internet habits as normally if a ad redirect is set it will loop you to the most paying advertising. Can be something else.
