I bought pdd.com via escrow.com and the seller took the domain back on networksolutions.com after he received the money $42,000 US dollar.

The only reason I can see is the domain name pdd.com is stolen that's why NS gets the name back.
Contact Escrow to file a dispute and contact NS with your proof of payment from Escrow.
