What do you think about this? One of its possible uses could be as a domain showcase website. Surprised it was available, the same name starting with an 'e' instead of the 'i' has been taken since 2002 and iBrandName.com has been registered since 2001. Also, as a non-native English speaker, I'd like to ask you the difference between "brands" and "brand names", as it seems they're often interchangeable.

Thanks

Hi,

Some may disagree with this, but in terms of perception
and usage, I don't think there's much difference between
the domains iBrandName.com and iBrandNames.com.

Arguably, the former may be thought to have a slightly
higher value, but this is a separate issue and isn't worth
thinking about too much.. :-)

In essence, I agree with you; this domain is perfect for
a domain name sales/brokerage site. I can't think of too
many other uses for this name, apart from perhaps brand
consulting services..

The value I would guess at is: up to $3,500, to a buyer
who likes it (and why wouldn't they!) and they want to
develop.

Good luck,

3500? Maybe without the "i" on a lucky day.

I would be more worried about a TM conflict with Internet Brands, inc, than the value of the name you have.

The conflict exists, yes?

brandNames - i would think is generic, either as doamin names or brand name products

Don't see any potential TM issues as others have pointed to...totally legit stand-alone domain.

Thanks everyone. More appraisals are welcome.
