I hear ICANN is trying to dissolve the voice of the public. IAL may be obselete soon. Karl may be suing but it appears this is a losing battle.

Have most of the forum members given up on ICANN completely? I don't understand that--at least not yet.

The international election for at large members is 1 week away and there were only 856 voters or so registered.

If the members of this board all registered to vote, given the geographic diversity of the board, THIS GROUP ALONE COULD FILL 3 OR 4 OF THE 11 POSITIONS.

Why not register, let's nominate a few of our own for the ICANN board, and speak loudly for one year and see what happens!!

Thanx dots for posting this. I voted in the first election and was even on the mailing list but somehow this escaped my attention-- didn't think there would be another election the way ICANN was going. Let's all register and get involved in this important process.
