Existing IDN.com owners should be getting a notice soon of the option to enable IDN.IDN for the domains they already have.

Existing .cn owners already have IDN.IDN working within China, and are waiting for IDN.IDN delegation worldwide.

So, let`s imagine I have the domain "domain.com" in whatever language.....then there is going to be a "reservation" for each language?

About idn.cn , I did not hear anything.....where can I reg idn.cn ?

Yes, but only on the TLD. You will only get one keyword in a single script at the second level. However, there is possibility that you might get the Traditional/Simplfied equivalents in Chinese at a later date.

IDN.cn, well just about anywhere, subject to CNNIC terms and conditions. Which basically mean that you are batting on a very slippery wicket.
