iDOTZ registers Names MANUALLY. WTF?

I registered a name which shows order pending so I called them up to ask the status. WOW -- the rep on the other end says that the orders are processed manually. WTF?!?!?

I am so seriously pissed off right now that I can't even express it. I feel like regging it somewhere else and let them have fun doing it manually.

I had problems a few months back renewing a couple of domains ... A few hours went by and no sign of the domains having another year added to them .. Emailed them and they said it was completed though neglected to mention they do it by hand!.. This explains the delay .... sheesh

Yeah same here -- if only moniker was not charging 2x for this extension. :-/ Maybe I will try to cut a deal with some other registrar out there.

if they do it manually they are probably resellers
