But it's registered at Network Solutions, will I have to instruct NSOL to transfer domain to Sedo?

Sedo is not a registrar, in case that's what you're asking. Their escrow process may have you transfer your domain to their account at your registrar -- Network Solutions in this case.

you will have to wait until you are instructed to either proceed with an "internal push" to another netsol account (maybe sedo's)

or

instructed to unlock the domain so it can be transferred to the buyer's registrar of choice.

Good Luck!
