Illegal characters

I try and register a domain with a symbol eg. ¥

I have seen domains with these symbols before but I can't find a place where I can register them!! Help!! :worried:

These are internationalized Domain Names (IDNs). IDNs are basically domain names that are written in their native non-English character set. I would highly recommend researching IDNs before registering any to see if it's the type of domain you want to own. They are great for some people, not so for others.
