Wanted: Service Image creation.... $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Alright I found an image I really like on the net and want one created that is close to it.

Above is the original and then what I want created. I want a very simliar look, I will also want the file in PSD format so I can edit it as far as colors/text down the road.

I am looking to see who can do this and what it will cost. preference will definately goes towards someone who can show me a rough watermarked image so I can see yoru talent. I have photoshop experience but I want this done very well.
