I like it. I like ING names sometimes more than ED. Definitely easy to remember too. I don't know that the usage of the name would definitely jump out at you as it supposedly describes. ;)

Worth maybe $150? I'm sure you could pass it off to someone for much more or much less.

My thoughts are that "imply" seems like a fairly weak root verb. I can't think of anything it could be used for. The names imply.com and implied.com have sites that don't feature any meaning of the word. So, where's the value?
