How can a buyer make money from such a domain?

If we sold or leased the name as we do with many names in the specialty printing industry it could be used for general sales of promotional products or specialty products featuring red white and blue or other usa preprinted items. Products including the US flag and patriotic themes are very popular currently. The name was originally registered for a promotion on t-shirts with USA logos. Marketing is going another route and wants to use a different domain name for future similar projects.

No, we did not get imprint.us however we did get our first choice .us name of imprints.us along with imprints.info.
Our imprints.ws and imprint.shop.new.net will not be renewed because we no longer see a value in either for use or for lease.
The time/effort to try to sell a .ws or .shop.new.net are not one we feel are worth spending. We are renewing most of our .com names but do want to get some appraisal/opionions of a few we are undecided on. Thank you for your appraisal and comments.
