I have a couple of domains that are specific to a profession or an industry. I would like to know what people have done in the past to contact potential buyers and the best way to offer the name to them.

Any input would be great...

Thanks,

"Retail" is the prize, of course! :D
Here's the ticket ... no fear, find them in the engines and make a list. E-mail AND call from that list all day long, every day. I can almost guarantee you that for every 100 contacts, one (1) sale (at the ever elusive "retail" price) can be had.
Caveat: Your domain(s) cannot be poor, or even marginal to acheive such a success rate.
Good Luck.
