Wanted: Service installing php script

Looking for a hand installing a purchased php script.

All files are uploaded and database been created. When trying to install I get the following message

Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format ID 135624137, which is too old in /home/content/h/o/s/hostingpro/html/admincp/system_cls.php on line 0
