ok, so say hypothetically, I owned the domain a.bc
Now say I offered this domain to the abc.

Technically it is a generic domain "a" registered at a 2nd level CC domain,
hypothetically "bc"

Would this infringe on Trademark?

Well it might, provided the name is confusingly similar or identical to a TM name. Also the fact that you have offered the name for sale to the TM holder could definitely be considered as a bad faith registration.

Yeah, don't ever offer to sell anything to the company. Bad idea.
