netsol Internal push at NetSol

Im not familar with NetSol so I need some additional information. I recently purchased a domain name from an enduser and the domain name is held at NetSol. Does NetSol offer an internal push option?

call them, even if they don't have they should do it for you upon request

Yes they do. I have done this with netsol...but it is not very good. I have a gold account with them and had my account manager walk me through it....so do call them.

The push actually took about 24hours.

You can do it but the procedure is a bit weird.
The gaining registrant should go to netsol, then select 'domain transfer'.
Enter the domain(s), then press 'Get started'.
On then next screen, select 'Person requesting to transfer #######, which is currently registered with another Network Solutions Customer or Partner, to my account.'
Then skip through the screens (they have several promotional screens, it is very godaddy-like). Also they will automatically add 3 years renewal in your shopcart, remove this so your total order is $0.
Finally buyer should log in or create an account and voilÃ*.
