Now this is beyond a domain, couldn't find another suitable spot here to ask for appraisal or interested folks...

I got a live site under intret.com which is linked to a registered corporation (since 2002, corp & state taxes always payd, corporation in good standings, never really made taxable income) and it's corp. domain:

International Retail Corporation (registered in DE since 2002)
InternationalRetailCorporation.com - 302 redirected to intret.com.

There is a virtual office address as well (receive and forward mail, no phone service, the service is in the low $$$ range per annum):
International Retail Corporation
1133 Broadway
New York, NY 10010

As I need to focus my attention to other projects I am considering to release the whole thing to anyone who might want to build on it. Anything goes as long as you plan on selling whatever.

Any idea what it could be worth?

Thanks bunches!

Obviously there is no interest here, is there any other site I can turn to for having this offer appraised? Thanks.

The only valuation your likely to get from a domainer is one based on the strength of the Domain Name and/or the level of visitors and click through rate for PPC Adverts etc.

The actual domains are nothing special and all other extensions are still available which means the value would be based almost solely on a multiple of income/profit being generated.

As your giving this up to concentrate on other projects then I'd assume that the running of the corporation took some time and wasn't producing satisfactory returns for the effort. This wouldn't, IMO, make it a very attractive prospect to a domainer and I think your probably looking more towards finding an end user who could develop the business, or has a complimentary business that could use/cross sell to your visitors/customers.

Caley, this is a solid and helpful response, many thanks!

The reason why this never flew was that I have been joggling too many balls at once (including similar concepts but much further advanced) and never really invested any significant business planning, deployment and maintenance efforts in the business model or online approach.

After this idea just sitting there to wait for any development online and off I finally had to admit I'll never have the time despite different intentions.

You are right, I might have to look for a different audience. Does anyone have an idea where to turn? I just doesn't want to dump and forget it all.

Thanks, juggler
