I'm sure there are investors and endusers who can make initial 3-4 figure offers at least, for these quality names, but who, where are they (any at dnforum?). Everyone broke , maybe. If economy is bad, this domain is still a good one to develop, as a global site (rather than an indian site). There is an indian site: e-investing.in This domain has some type-in traffic, not much, but is a positive thing if you plan to build an addictive website.
