Wanted: Service Invision help needed

Firstly I need this added to my forum [mod]Not allowed to post competing forums unless selling them, on rules page.[/mod]

Its a left hand nav as seen on:

Also needed is flash chat from tufat installed and intergrated.

Looking to get it done for around $10

I can do it and I have worked with that Chat system before. It is integrated on my forums at the moment.
