Path problem.

I'll highlight the problem:
Warning: main(./forum.htm/index.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/www/readingf/forum/index.php on line 107

Download conf_global.php and check/correct the paths.

Ive downloaded it, and i cant seem to locate anything to do with that... There is no line 107?

One of your paths is wrong in the file. Most likely [base_dir]

The highlighted part was whats done incorrectly.

A lot of people are having php errors this and last week. cPanel has made some erronous updating. People are having to rebuild apache and in turn are screwing up php. Maybe your host might simply tell you to wait while they work on it. PS, may just be that your not connecting with the mySql password to your forum.

If you change, change to vBulletin. It lets you convert your existing database.
Otherwise, you have to search for a script to go from IPB to phpBB. Sure someone has one.

Dont know.. ask around. I've seen some sell in forums, here, etc. cheaper than they cost 'new'. Try installing phpBB and then post a few posts, do a dump of the database, and compare them. See if you can play with the sql code to get the new database populated with the data from the old board.
or, someone at scriptlance can help with that too, I'm sure, for cheap...
