Is PayPal's website down?

Is anyone else having problems accessing the site? I haven't been able to access it since last night. I did receive an email from there letting me someone sent payment, but I can't load the site!

I'm in California. I hope I'm not the only one ...? I've tried 3 different computers.

Let me know if you are having problems too, please.

Interesting. I just checked again and it's still down for me. It's not 12am PST for me yet. It's 8.10pm.

Are any Californians having problems?

I tried to ping the site from my computer and from http://centralops.net/co/, but all I get are time-outs. It seems to be working for some people and not for others.

I opened a thread on WebHostingTalk and they are reporting problems too:

Also, went to the eBay maintenance page and they are reporting some parts of the site are undergoing maintenance:

I can't load their PayPal dicussion boards either:
