wordpress if you want a blog format. joomla if you want more flexibility.
i personally prefer joomla - active community with free extensions for just about anything you can imagine.

Get Sandvox if you have access to a Mac. Drag and drop.

I bought 55 article sites that use article site manager (by DC Promotions Ltd). Very easy to use program with a stack of features if you are looking for a straight article type site.

Wordpress is very easy to install (5 minutes) and doesn't take very long to work out. There are also some nice themes around for it. Joomla is a steeper learning curve IMO.

Have not tried Wordpress (yet) but Joomla IS a steep learning curve.

If you have your domains at GoDaddy, you have up to a 5 page site free as a Website Tonight. Downside is godaddy places adsense ads at the top, they reap the benefits...not you.

Drupal is better than Joomla and WordPress (IMO). There is an initial learning curve with Drupal, but you don't have to write code.

Drupal is free...

Short answer: no

But you can buy templates from various sites. Or have someone else develop your site professionally.
