Is there any hope to get some tech support by DRT staff?

Hi, I`m back after some time and see my DRT is not working well with some ccTlds.

In the past when trying to contact Luc either it took ages to get an answer or no answer at all.

Just checking if I`m wasting my time sending him another email or its better on here?

Or did he hire any support staff?

uhmm, it does not look good, its not even working with .org :sigh2:

I just installed it, its a new laptop with Windows 7, and there are other extensions that don`t work as well.
