Is There Any Support For Dnforum?

It is now 3 days since I first sent a message to support trying to find out why my thread was locked.
Dead Silence.

Is there ANY support for these forums?

Your thread is closed for one of the following reason:

Check theses items before sending PM "Why my thread is closed"

1. Make sure there is at least one name in the title.
2. Screen shot for traffic name is required in the traffic forum. A minimum of 30 unique visitors a day is required for this section
3. Illegal bump without additional information
4. Too many bumps - 3 bumps max for the life of the thread - One bump is allowed in the auction sections for the last day of the auction
5. Reduction is less than %10
6. List the same name(s) in several forums
7. Re-list the same name(s) within 7 days

Thanks for quick response John!

It doesn't really answer why support didn't answer for 3 days - but it was my bad on breaking rule [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] on that list. Newbie error.

How can I fix it? Wait until a week is up and then repost?
