They are actually Yahoo ads

It depends what you mean by parked really.

Is there type-in traffic? No.
Are the ads shown without content? Yes
Are they using a direct feed? Maybe

Its actually a hosted site where the homepage has actual content on it.
The topic headers are linked to keywords which take us to a page which has Yahoo ads on it.
If you just put his domain in google you will see that the guy is also buying traffic through search engines i.e. arbitrage.
I think its a pretty good strategy to generate traffic as well as increase the search engine ranking. Dont know how effective it is though.
