The Google exact monthly global searches are 33,100 ....local 22,200 .... "low" competition.
Any value as domain only ?
How about if I blogged it to page one ? Might have a shot with good content and exact match with low competition.
Adsense and ad rates are probably pretty decent.

I am not coming up with those search numbers for "exact". You must be using broad search. Uncheck that box and check the "exact" box. You will get 46 global.
