I just cobrokered the sale of Italy.net with Andrew Rosener (of Mediaoptions com)

The domain sold for $52000

Ron Jackson will report the sale in his next round up

I think Italy.net is a good price point for buyer and seller.

Marvelous sale, a bargain for the buyer - imo.

I also think the buyer got the best of the deal.... but still a nice cha-ching for the seller

Italy.net had been listed at $75,000 at MO in early July ...and had also been a lot entry in Latona's live Milan TRAFFIC auction in April

A very surprising low price. Seller must have seriously needed money.

Its a fair sale and no the seller wasn't desperate, it failed to get a single bid at the Milan auction so this is a good return all things considered

Great name. Virtually unlimited possibilities.

If it earns $1,000 per week, the name gets paid off in exactly one year.

I should have said "low" in view of what I think it would have sold for a few years ago before the market decline.

Also not surprising it got no bids before what with the resale market being slow and far too many auction venues.

P.S. But you may easily be right and myself completely wrong in its value what with you having vast experience with sales where I have liitle experience at it. In today's slow market it may be a reasonable price but I still think the buyer got the best of the deal but may be wrong. I did not realize you cobrokered the sale until after writing the above and prior post in that when I read the OP did NOT notice your name at that time. Good job getting the sale.
