Will you transfer the site to the buyer's hosting account?

What script is used to manage the membership?

Does it provide for selling packages eg additional templates in addition to what is included with the membership?

How are the products provided to buyers? Is it a single download link - is it secure?

Transfer - All files are zipped. I found that the best way to transfer was through Yahoo messenger or MSN messenger. I could upload to your server through ftp if you would like.

All you would have to do is create separate paypal products to sell additional products. This would be up to the owner to work out.

I don't have the products on my server... , this keeps people from stealing them.

I received this question at another forum, but thought it would be good to mention here as well.

Do you got resale rights of the products ?

As far as I know, yes... but can't confirm on everything, there is over 3 gigs of stuff. 1000's of templates, scripts, logos, software, etc.. It's a chance I took when I bought it, and a chance the winning bidder is taking when he/she buys it.

Just to make clear... all sales are final.. i'm not going to let someone download all of this and try to reneg on the deal after they have received everything.
