I wonder if people realize that just because there is presence of ice...that does not make it inhabitable. Not in our lifetime anyway...

No, not in our lifetime. But maybe our great-great-great grandkids will get to go there for vacation. :)
 
I will bring the beers there, some one else needs to bring the nuts and some chairs.

Make sure to bring your laptop so we can check DNF and look down to the Earth!

I wonder if at that point it would be worth it to chase non paying bidders.
