Itsyourdomain.com whois bug-grabbed by Snapnames.com

A domain won over Snapnames.com, the registrar is: itsyourdomain.com (iyd.com).

However, 7 weeks passed the whois remain unchanged:

Pending Renewal or Deletion
SecureWhois, Inc.
[email protected]


I asked itsyourdomain.com by creating a support ticket, no replied.

I also informed Snapnames, Snapnames says they are working on it. I searched the website, and I found they are working for several months, but the problem is still there:

It is crazy, 6 months passed!

Any advice or similar experiences???

Same exact experience. It's been about 5 months and it still hasn't changed even though they said they're working on it.
