On every article I read they made it sort of clear that iTV was just a name for now & not the real name of the product.
But who knows you might get lucky.

A lot of times companies will say that its not the real name, but often times will settle on it anyway. You have a good chance, but its a huge risk. As you know it has/will have TM issues.
