Could be one of those that someone is looking for right now - as a generic portal name it is excellent. Hang on to it or ask $100 end-user. Thing is about selling to a big developer; they're going to want all extensions so the question always is whether to invest the money on all extensions or just pick out the .com. I just had a case of this - I had a .com but the buyer told me that without the .co.uk it would be a hard deal. Luckily I had both. Still no deal yet tho'....
