I think with in this case you really aren't selling the domain, you're selling a website. I will appraise appropriately.

The name "j-scripts.com" by itself really has very little value. Nothing particularly spectactular stands out. Stick with me. But the fact that it's probably sitting in people's bookmarks and linked is what gives you value. Add the fact that you seem to be selling the content along with it. That's worth quite a bit if you agree to hand over the copyrights to the scripts even more so.

Name alone: $30?
Name + Traffic: $500 (yes, I understand the traffic comes with it)
Name + Traffic + Site: $1000
