As it stands, it's almost certainly reg fee. BUT with some nice stuff on the site, and there's much to be had at the moment, you never know might force the hand of an individual. In any event, if you can get it some popularity you may well get some affiliate traffic such as Amazon sales on it. One to be worked on I think as it's not an obvious type-in, (nor is it TM'ed) but has a nice ring to the name, memorable I believe. Go for it.
