I want to make an offer but need to know what justifies the starting bid price other than the original pages of content? Traffic (are all 110 visits from unique visitors?), revenue, and pr are just ok. If this were a PR4-5 and/or at least made $1 a day I would glady make an offer above starting/BIN.

Sure, that is a very reasonable question. I admit revenue/PR/traffic aren't the highest you will ever see, but there are a couple reasons why I value the site they way I do:

1) content: it's rare to find a site for sale with so much good origional content, as I said before not all the content is origional, but all the tuning articles I wrote took lots of time and the search engines just love it

2) potential: this site has real potential if you know what you are doing with SEO and affiliates - I dont really know how to do this, which is why the site only gets 100+ visits per day instead of 500+ and doesn't make a whole lot

This isn't a cookie cutter site that was designed to make tons of money, it is a high quality content site with marginal SEO and some simple Adsense banners that was designed to bring visitors back time and time again.

Given all that, if you know what you are doing, $1,000 is a very fair price in my opinion.
