That is my friend's site. I redirected jiggyworm to that site before but that was long ago. It really doesn't make sense considering the domain is parked at sedo (you can't fake it if its parked at sedo, can you? i am not familiar with masking PR) so how the pagerank is invalid is beyond my comprehension...
