Wanted: Service [JOB] Email redirect signup script

I am looking for someone who can code an email script, that allows users to sign up for redirected email addresses at various domains that I own. They would need to be able to edit their email addresses by sending an email formatted with a special subject or something, or logging into an account or something. When signing up for an address initially, they would have to confirm their email by replying or clicking a link sent to them before the redirect would become active.

A PayPal paid option is something that I would also be interested in having implemented depending on total price.
