Agreed to purchase this with seller, sent the money, and now he claims he sold it to someone else.

By itself, that's not good, but now he won't refund my money. Wants to substitute one or more domains with link profiles that are far inferior to this domain.

Hopefully seller is just having a bad day and will make a better decision in the next 24 hours.

You are serious??? He sold it to someone else and wants to substitute other domains?

Looks like we need this thread moved...

Yes, I'm serious. In his defense, he did transfer 2 other domains I bought (lesser ones at lesser prices).

This transaction, however, isn't going well:

"Sorry, the term of my company is very complexible...My boss can't refund the money because the money was have entered into the company's financial.."

That's not an acceptable answer. Don't take any domain in place of your money.

Yep...that answer doesn't work.

Always be extra diligent with newly registered users. Ecop.com is free for transactions under $1000 for Escrow.

Sorry for all... I was sent refund to my costumer. Please don't debate again about this. I'm is in difficult position now. thanks.

You've announced your intention to refund me, which is appreciated. However, you haven't yet actually sent the refund.

Seller refunded me, the matter is now closed.

While I didn't appreciate the initial resistance, the seller did do the right thing in the end.

Im so sorry about this incovenience..this is about misscommunication from me and all (buyer and my boss)..But, now all was cleared. Many thanks.
