This is a bit long but solid.
ServiceProviders.us = $150-$600+

I think they have great potential as directories selling ad space and offers. US is in it infancy, best to build value with traffic development.

There potential traffic makes valuation difficult. I sugggest building traffic the next year then considering valuation.

EmailAccounts.us , really has no value IMO because most ISP's provide those or you can get them free. Don't see how this domain can be valuable commercially.

ServiceProviders.us , this name looks good, but is very vague as to the type of services available. I would make it more specific by subdomaining it. ie: www.health.serviceproviders.us or whatever specialty you can provide. Value as is $50
