It would be good to see the pendulum of these trademark laws swing the other way.
I think with the onset of VRSN developing a secondary market business we should see legislation to help support this in the next few years.

A case like Nissan.com is the exception to the rule. You are not going to see legislation "to see the pendulum swing the other way" to change the ACPA in any form in the next Congress.
